

Rick started his construction career with Absolute Caulking & Waterproofing in 2015. Rick is a Certified applicator of Deneef grouting products. He is also OSHA 10 and CPR certified and is currently enrolled in Portocol Management Leadership Program. Rick was promoted to Superintendent in 2018 and the projects that he is most proud to be a part of are Z Block (2015) and 17th & Wewatta (2016). He is a Colorado native who is a huge Steelers fan.

Brett rejoined ACW in 2023, bringing over a decade of hands-on waterproofing and construction experience — including previous years with ACW and time spent with leading competitors in the industry. His deep field knowledge spans budgeting labor and material costs, scheduling, performing mockups, and coaching teams through high-quality installations. Brett collaborates closely with GCs, trade partners, and subcontractors to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
He has specialized training in expansion joints for multiple manufacturers (Balco, Watson-Bowman, CS Group) as well as blindside waterproofing systems including Pre-Proof, SCS Injections, and CCW MiraPLY/MiraCLAY. His experience also includes restoration, joint sealants, hot and cold-applied systems, and sheet goods across a wide range of products. With a strong passion for safety and OSHA standards, Brett leads by example and is always looking for the next opportunity to learn and grow.
Brett is a dedicated dad who loves woodworking, tackling side projects, and proving that he can accomplish anything he sets his mind to.

Greg joined ACW in 2024 and quickly stepped into key leadership roles, drawing on more than a decade of experience across commercial waterproofing and insulation. He has progressed from journeyman to acting superintendent, skilled at supervising crews, coordinating with general contractors, and managing workflow to hit milestones without compromising quality or safety. He holds his OSHA-30 and GCP installer certifications and brings strong bilingual communication skills to every project.
Greg prides himself on staying adaptable — learning new systems, solving problems on the fly, and supporting both local and out-of-town operations to keep project goals on track. Safety and accountability are constants in his approach, and teammates appreciate his steady leadership on high-pressure jobs.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his family — and he’s usually the first guy to get the room laughing.

Mark started in the construction industry in 2006 as a roofer, he moved to waterproofing in 2008 and came to Absolute Caulking & Waterproofing in early 2009. He has completed the AGC Supervisory Training Program and is currently enrolled in Portocol Management Leadership Program. Mark holds several certifications including OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, Signaling and Rigging, Scaffolding and Fall Protection. He is a certified installer of Watson Bowman and GCP products. In 2012, Mark was promoted to Superintendent and the two projects that he is most proud of are 1144 15th Street (2015) and UCCS Sports Parking Garage (2019). Mark is a Colorado native who enjoys spending time outdoors, when he’s working and especially when he’s not.

Alex joined ACW as a Journeyman in 2018 and brings strong skills across joint sealants, traffic coatings, air barrier, waterproofing membranes, and expansion joints. He knows how to get high-quality results on a wide range of scopes and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. His background also includes roofing and restoration work, giving him valuable versatility in the field.
Highly dependable, organized, and safety-minded, Alex is the kind of teammate you can count on in any conditions. He is always looking to build on his skills and grow his leadership capabilities — a mindset that elevates every crew he’s a part of.
In his free time, Alex enjoys hands-on projects and spending time with the people he cares about most.

Andres moved to Colorado from Hawaii in 2000 and started his construction career with Absolute Caulking & Waterproofing in 2005. Andres holds several certifications including OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, Hilti, Scaffolding Inspection and Fall Protection. He has completed the AGC Supervisory Training Program and is currently enrolled in Portocol Management Leadership Program. Andres was promoted to Superintendent in 2016, and the projects that he is most proud to be a part of are McGregor Square (2020), 1144 15th Street (2015) and 100 Steele (2014). He enjoys relaxing at home with his family.

Bill started his Waterproofing career in 1985 and he came to Absolute Caulking & Waterproofing in 2011. He has completed the AGC Supervisory Training Program and is currently enrolled in Portocol Management Leadership Program. He has Lift Pro, Fall Protection Inspection, OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid certifications and is trained in STI firestopping, Scaffolding Inspection, Spider Suspended Access, Fork Lift, Hilti gun operations, and Signaling/Rigging. Bill has been a Superintendent with ACW since 2014 and the projects that he is most proud to be a part of are Red Square (2016), Morning Star (2014-2015) and Master Magnetic Castle Rock (2020). Bill is an avid sports fan and enjoys going on long bike rides.
