Meet the Operations Management Team

Kyler Bejarano

Project Manager/Owner

I’m a proud Colorado native and third-generation waterproofing professional, I bring deep roots and hands on experience to the construction industry. My career began in the field, where I developed a solid foundation in the day-to-day operations that drive successful projects. I also proudly served in the United States Navy for four years, an experience that strengthened my leadership and discipline both personally and professionally. After earning my B.A. in Construction Project Management at Metropolitan State University, I transitioned into estimating and have since moved into the operations side of the business. I’ve been with Absolute for over a decade, and am honored to continue to grow within the company and contribute to its long-term success as an Owning Partner. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, camping, and fishing with my family, making the most of everything Colorado has to offer.
