Meet the Operations Management Team

Nick Williams

Nicholas Williams

Director of Operations

Nicholas started his construction career with Absolute Caulking & Waterproofing in 2009. He has bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and English from CU Boulder as well as a certificate in Business and Project Management from World of Concrete. Nicholas is a former Board President of American Subcontractor’s Association of Colorado (ASAC) and chaired the ASAC Health and Safety Committee for 7 consecutive years. He has recently became chair of the Associated General Contractor Metal Health Working Group. When Nicholas isn’t working or donating his time to industry associations, he loves spending time with his family traveling the world.

Robert Burger

Field Operations Manager

As a Colorado native, Robert started his waterproofing career in 2006 and he came to Absolute Caulking & Waterproofing in early 2011. He has his OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid Certifications. Robert is a certified C/S Group, MM Systems, and Watson Bowman Expansion Joint Installer. He has completed the AGC Supervisory Training Program and is a Portocol Management Leadership Program graduate. Robert is a parent of two active boys. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with this family creating memories and going on new adventures.

Eddier Martinez

Eddie Martinez

Quality Control Manager

Eddie started his waterproofing career with Absolute Caulking & Waterproofing in 2007. He is a Portocol Management Leadership Program graduate.  He received the ASAC Safety Field Professional of the Year two years in a row. Eddie was born and raised in Colorado. He and his wife have five children and they enjoy spending the weekends rooting on the Broncos.

Lyle-H

Lyle Hackenberg

Project Manager

Lyle is a Colorado native that began his career at the age of 18 working for a roofing contractor, and then hired on with ACW in 2007. He has spent the majority of my career in the Division 7 industry, starting as a laborer and working my way up to Field Superintendent. In 2020 he made the jump to the general contractor world where he spent 3 years as a site superintendent building K-12 schools in Northern Colorado. He holds several certificates in many applications including C/S Group Master Installer and OSHA 30. In his free time, he enjoys golf, stock car racing, fishing, bourbon collecting and spending time with friends and family.
