Scott started his construction career in 1979 working for a caulking contractor, while he attended college at night. On August 6, 1996, Scott started Absolute Caulking & Waterproofing Inc. in the basement of his house. Working through the day, and bidding through the night, he eventually grew the company into a multi-state contractor employing dozens of talented people. Scott has been active with American Subcontractor Association of Colorado for many years, served as Board President for two terms and currently Chairs the Legislative Advocacy Committee. At 2 years old, Scott’s family moved to Colorado from Minnesota. He spends his free time skiing, mountain biking and scuba diving.
